R.AIRE, our dinner restaurant, has been welcoming guests since 2020. Concept created by Chef Alex Bujoreanu focuses on introducing new, innovative dishes and classics with a modern twist.
His perfectly balanced menu combines the best in global cuisine with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and novel cooking techniques to create a memorable dining experience for all.
R.AIRE offers two dining options:
a Spain-inspired a la carte menu, including authentic tapas and paella, and a six-course tasting menu featured in 19 Of The Best Tasting Menus Across the U.S. This option is for the adventurous foodies who like to try rare ingredients while exploring the cuisine of different cultures.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Alex Bujoreanu began his career in hospitality over 20 years ago while studying at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lleida, Spain. Alex later worked and ran several fine restaurants in Spain, Sweden, Italy, and finally New York, where he received high praise for his tapas menu; the N.Y. Times declaring it a “hands-down winner.”
