We are thrilled to announce that we now serve dinner at The Hampton Maid. Introducing R.AIRE! The brainchild of Chef Alex Bujoreanu, R.AIRE combines the best in global cuisine with fresh local ingredients, and novel cooking techniques, to create a dining experience “rarely” found in the Hamptons. We hope you join us soon.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Alex Bujoreanu began his career in hospitality over 20 years ago while studying at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lleida, Spain. Alex later worked and ran several fine restaurants in Spain, Sweden, Italy, and finally New York, where he received high praise for his tapas menu; the N.Y. Times declaring it a “hands-down winner.”
