Chef Alex Bujoreanu has been offering his 6-course tasting menu every Friday and Saturday for over a year – with menu changing every week – and now, he brings another new concept to the area: R.aire, a Spanish-influenced a la carte restaurant. The menu, designed with sharing in mind, features authentic Spanish tapas and paella. The idea is to combine international dishes with the very best of fresh and local ingredients.

Looking for a new, exciting way of dining? Our tasting menu is all that and more. In the past we’ve had a chance to taste dishes like Kangaroo carpaccio, Cigalas served with fermented black beans and citrus air, or Squid ink pappardelle with wild shrimp and chlorophyl extract – just to name a few. Chef Alex combines novel cooking techniques with dishes “rarely” found in the Hamptons, and to top off this experience, each dish is paired with a wine that is hand-selected to compliment your dinner.
