New this season, our a la carte menu featuring authentic Spanish tapas and paella meant to be shared. Enjoy unique dishes with exclusive cocktails and Chef curated wine selection.
A la carte served Tuesday - Saturday 5pm-9:30pm
Our six-course chef tasting menu which combines the best in global cuisine with fresh local ingredients, and novel cooking techniques, to create a dining experience “rarely” found in the Hamptons.
Six-Course Tasting Menu $120/person;
With Chef Selected Wine Pairing an Additional $65/person

ABOUT THE CHEF
Alex Bujoreanu began his career in hospitality over 20 years ago while studying at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lleida, Spain. Alex later worked and ran several fine restaurants in Spain, Sweden, Italy, and finally New York, where he received high praise for his tapas menu; the N.Y. Times declaring it a “hands-down winner.”

Visit our modern farmhouse style bar whether your coming for breakfast, dinner or staying with us. We offer full bar service with handcrafted cocktails, wine and local craft beer. Start your day with a variety of mimosas and bloody mary's. After exploring the area, enjoy a custom cocktail by the pool along with small bite offerings. Finish with Chef hand selected wines from around the world, or order a bottle of wine delivered to your room while you enjoy the view of the Shinnecock bay from your balcony.
