NEW THIS YEAR! On select evenings, a collection of curated specialty cocktails, local wine and beer, and charcuterie will be available to order for in-room or poolside enjoyment.

Once it is safe to do so, our Residents’ Bar services will be available in our newly renovated space in the lobby.


COVID-19 POLICY CHANGES
OUR HOTEL IS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR GUESTS.
Since our property is spread out over 12 acres, we have the space to allow our hotel guests the ability to maintain a safe distance while stlll being able to relax safely and comfortably during their stay.
We have made the following changes to our policies due to COVID-19 so our guests and staff can practice proper social distancing:
- All check-in’s will be express and a key will be left in your room for you upon arrival. Check in time is 4 PM to allow for proper room cleaning. Your balance will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise instructed.
- There will be no maid service during your stay. If there is anything you may need while staying with us, we will be happy to leave it outside of your room.
- Our in room mini bar snacks and beverages will be unavailable at this time. We will leave two complimentary bottles of water per stay.
- We will be spacing our guests apart with empty rooms in between to allow for social distancing, when possible.
- Our guest rooms will be meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest departure.
- Our office hours will be limited. Please arrange any special requests/needs for your stay prior to your arrival.
- Our restaurant is currently operating 7days a week by reservation only as well as Maid-To-Go service. If you will be staying with, you can call the office to make a reservation or with your to-go breakfast order and we will leave it outside of your room.
Our goal during this trying time is to maintain the health and safety of everyone at The Hampton Maid. We ask each visiting guest to maintain social distancing between other guests and staff while enjoying the grounds. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 in the 2 weeks prior to your arrival, please postpone your reservation.

BEACH PERMIT INFORMATION
The Hampton Maid has a limited number of Town of Southampton beach permits available for guest use.
Town of Southampton beach parking passes are available from 8am-8pm on a first-come/first-served basis. There is a daily usage fee of $5 which will be charged to your room. All passes must be returned on the same day or a $50 late fee will incur. If passes are lost or not returned you will be responsible for the replacement of the permit and a $400 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Beach passes are not available on the day of checkout.
The beach policies have changed this year due to social distancing mandates by the town. The policy is as follows:
- Beach Parking Permits will be required at all Town Beach Recreation Facilities and Town and Trustee Access Roads 7 days a week beginning May 23, 2020.
- Unless otherwise posted, lifeguards are on duty, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, when beaches are open.
- Permits are required at all times, 9:00 am–9:00 pm, at all Beach Facilities during beach season.
